Student Registration

Welcome to our Student Registration webpage, your starting point for enrolling your child in our school district. This page provides all the necessary information and forms to make the process smooth and efficient. Here, you’ll find step-by-step guides and required documentation to ensure your child’s enrollment is complete. Our goal is to help you navigate the registration process with ease, so your child can begin their educational journey without delay.

To register your child, there are three (3) steps to follow:

Step 1: Choose the type of student you are looking to register.

Kindergarten Students

Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Students

General Education Students

Special Education Students

Step 2: Complete the correct registration packet.

All forms are required to be completed prior to your appointment. Forms are available once you choose the type of student you are registering (see links above). If you need a printed version of the form, please contact the Board of Education office.

Step 3: Call the Board of Education office to set up an appointment for registration. 

Registration is by appointment only from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Please Note: If you are registering for Kindergarten and your child attends the YWCA UPK program at John Pound, registration is not required. You need to update the following documents only:

  • Change of Address Form with two (2) current proofs of residency (if applicable)

    • Updated custody papers

    • Completed Emergency Health Form

Transportation:

  • Students in grades K-6 who live more than 1 mile from their school are eligible for busing.

  • Students in grades 7-12 who live more than 1.5 miles from their school are eligible for busing.
