The Family Empowerment Center (FEC) is a school-community "living room" based in the Cornerstone Ice Arena on the first floor, located at 1 Grigg Lewis Way, Lockport, NY. We leverage the strengths of our Lockport City School District and the surrounding community to not only support, but to also invest in student growth and achievement. Our services are highly individualized and designed to meet the specific needs of each family. We emphasize family strength and the importance of building strong relationships between our schools and parents/caregivers.
