In an effort to assist our community with being able to resolve concerns in a more efficient manner, the district has established and is now enacting a new protocol for resolving concerns.  This protocol provides a clear "chain of command" that our entire community is being asked to utilize.  Our goal in launching this protocol is to ensure that concerns are resolved in a much more proficient and productive manner. Accordingly, we are requesting that our community utilize this protocol moving forward.
